In this seminar you will learn the basic exercises. You will learn how to choose the right kettlebell for you, safety tips and correct techniques.
At the end of the seminar you will have a good idea of what kettlebell training is and you will be able to train at home with safety and efficiency.
If you are not familiar with kettlebell training you should complete this seminar before attending a certification course.
2. KETTLEBELL TRAINING / GIREVOY SPORT CERTIFICATION COURSE.
COST: 600 € p.p.

This is a certification course. You will get certified by one of the best kettlebell coaches in the world, Pantelis Filikidis.
You will only learn essencial details about the main lifts, but the actual techniques will be tailored to your body type and you will also receive a personalized program every week, to achieve your goal and reach the necessary numbers to be certified.
Coach Filikidis will personally test your progress during the course and make the necessary changes to your technique and program that will enable you to reach your goals.
3. WARRIOR FITNESS CERTIFICATION COURSE
COST: 400 €

This course is intented for fitness trainers, martial artists and combat sports coaches.
You will learn how to combine kettlebell training with other exercises, bodyweight drills, barbell exercises, olympic lifts, Striking and grappling drills, into efficient programs that will increase your athletes, strength, speed and explosiveness and give them superior endurance.
You will learn how to design programs that fit your athletes individual needs and take them to new levels of power.
If you are a fitness trainer you will learn how to design time efficient programs using simple equipment. Programs that will build muscle, burn fat and increase you clients athelticism and body composition using the very same methods that profesional warriors use to their training.
5. OLYMPIC WEIGHT LIFTS SEMINAR (OPEN)
COST: 30 €
DURATION: 4 HOURS (2 + 2) 1 DAY

TRAINING METHODS
All you need is a barbell. You have a Barbell and a set of weights and you have a whole gym in your arms.
Learn the correct techniques in the basic olympic lifts.
These lifts are used by all athletes to increase their power and strength and they train the whole body providing tremendous strength.
Learn how to perform the Snatch, Clean and Jerk and their auxillary exercises like the squats the deadlifts, the overhead press etc. by top coaches that have trained champions.
