This site is also dedicated to all warriors and their quest for excellence in any field.
To be a warrior you don’t have to participate in actual combat.
 

Our every day life calls for a continuous straggle to overcome obstacles fight adversities and achieve happiness for our self and our family.
Everyone who remains calm and strong, acts with determination, dedication and courage and do not settle for excuses, every one who attacks life and seek to make the best out of it, may be called a true warrior.
Fighting spirit is present in all of us. In some, it just remains dormant.
We are continuously taught to expect something for nothing. The notion that, you will “make it” without having to sweat and bleed, without effort and without a fight, is a big myth.
Fitness is no exception. Our modern way of life and habits contribute to the obesity and health problems that many people are facing. The percentages of overweight individuals and of diseases that have their roots to this problem have increased exponentially during the last years. To add more fuel to the fire, more and more people fall easy prey to the countless commercials that try to convince them, that they will loose weight and achieve all their fitness goals without having to sweat.
Just by using magic machines and consuming miraculous supplements they think will transform them to fitness models overnight.
Run away from all those that make such promises.
Results come only with hard work, dedication and perseverance. Only if you train hard, create good healthy habits and follow them, you will achieve your goals. In time hard effort will transform your body, improve your health and strengthen your mind and spirit.
