These simple circuits are great for improving your conditioning and boost your fat loss.
Try them and you will forget about cardio and cardio machines.
All you will need, is your bodyweight and a pair of Kettlebells or dumbells.
KB= kettlebell but you can do the same exercises using a dumbbell.

Circuit 1   
 
Jumping jacks                               10 reps
push ups                                        10 
explosive lunges (or lunges)      10 
snatches                                         10 

Do 5 circuits. No rest between exercises, 1 min rest at the end of each circuit

Circuit 2   

burpees                                     10 
push ups                                   10 
1 arm kb cleans                       10 
bodyweight squats                  20 
v ups                                          10 

Do 5 circuits. No rest between exercises, 1 min rest at the end of each circuit

Circuit 3   

Bodyweight squats                       10 
KB rows                                          10 
Dive bomber push ups                10 
V-ups                                               10 
KB swings                                      10 

Do 5 circuits. No rest between exercises, 1 min rest at the end of each circuit

Another great way to do these circuits is to set the clock for 15 minutes and do as many circuits as possible   
If you don't have time at all just do as many circuits as you can without rest .
