Bodyweight exercises are ideal for building muscle and burning fat.
Try this full body combination bodyweight exercise. It will give tremendous conditioning, build muscle and blowtorch your fat.
Warning: This is for advanced trainees.
Stand under a pull up bar drop down and execute a burpee+push up then jump up grab the pull up bar and do a pull up. This is one rep. So this is a burpee+push up+ pull up combination.
Do the following ladder
